As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful staff. The dormitory with curtains around each bed gave us privacy. The kitchen was beautiful and had an amazing flower panel. There were many places to relax and the common room had good facilities. The breakfast was cheap and included various fruits, eggs, toast, and coffee. The free wifi was excellent.
Felt like being home, no reason to complain.

I had an amazing time at Connect! the staff, especially Jasmine, were incredibly helpful and made my day. They told me about attractions and even the flower festival happening in town. They arranged cheap transportation for me and the dining area with the green wall was stunning. the hostel itself felt cozy and warm, like a home away from home. the owner and staff spoke perfect English and went the extra mile to assist me, even with arranging my bus ticket to Chiang Mai. The self-service laundry was convenient and affordable, and the rooms were clean and quiet. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.

The common area was clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing and meeting other travelers. the free breakfast provided was a great perk, allowing us to start our day off right.
The bathroom in particular needed a good scrub and there was a strong odor after showering. the noise from a barking dog outside at night was a little disruptive, but that's out of the hotel's control.

Convenient location on the first floor, perfect for guests with disabilities who have luggage. Private toilet in the rooms and public toilets available, making it convenient for a group of friends. - the overall feeling of the place is great, with a helpful and adorable staff. - Washing machine is available, and staff is willing to assist with coins.
Felt safe and secure, nothing to complain about.

The price was affordable, the rooms had private bathrooms, and there was a helpful and friendly front staff. the location was convenient as well, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plus, the common areas were well-equipped and provided a comfortable space to hang out.
The lack of windows in the bedrooms, which made the rooms feel a bit dark and stuffy. the hostel was a bit far from the main attractions, requiring a bit of a walk or a short taxi ride.

One positive aspect of staying at this hostel was the cleanliness. It was the cleanest hostel I've stayed at in Thailand so far. I appreciated the convenient location of the hostel. It was situated in a great spot, close to various attractions and amenities. Lastly, I enjoyed the complimentary offerings at the hostel, such as the free bananas at the front desk and the availability of drinking water, coffee, tea.
The staff didn't seem very welcoming or helpful during check-in/check-out. They simply showed us to our room without explaining anything or pointing out any of the extra amenities.

The location, helpful staff, clean and comfortable facilities, free bike usage, and well-stocked communal areas were all outstanding features of my stay at the hostel.
Nothing at all.

They offered a delicious breakfast for a small charge and provided free cold water, which was much appreciated in the hot weather. the hostel had a fully equipped kitchen to use, as well as laundry facilities for a minimal fee.
The air conditioning in the room did not work well and made for uncomfortable nights.

Friendly and helpful reception. Clean, modern and comfortable hostel with beautiful kitchen and many relaxation areas. Private dormitory with curtains for privacy. Cheap breakfast with variety of fruits, eggs, and toast available all day. Free and reliable wifi. Will definitely return.

The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. the hostel itself was beautiful and modern, with a clean and comfortable atmosphere. the dormitory was well-designed, with curtains around each bed for privacy. the kitchen was spacious and had a stunning flower panel. the breakfast offered was affordable and had a variety of fruits, eggs, toast, jam, coffee, and tea available throughout the day. the free and reliable wifi was a bonus.
One drawback was the use of a tour company for the slow boat in Laos, as they were dishonest and charged extra for rooms on the stopover. Another downside was the lack of windows in the room and the poor lighting.

Nicest and cleanest hostel in Thailand so far. Free bananas at the desk, drinking water, coffee, tea, and cookies in the lounge. Day tours and bicycle rental included.
